Both sides register CLI subparsers: review, worktree and gc are all kept. The review package now takes END_OF_OPTIONS from core.git.run and the repository filter keys from core.git.queries.local_config, where B moved them out of branch.gc; the semantics are unchanged (local and worktree scope, scan mode).
