chore(lock): refresh the caveman-compress and caveman-help hashes

Both skills changed upstream, so the pinned computedHash no longer matched what an install pulls. Nothing else in the lock moved: same sources, same skillPath, same version.

make test is green - 29 tests, including the lock's own completeness and ordering checks and the frontmatter validation that now also covers status-matrix, sceptic and auto-feature.
