Kevin Veen-BirkenbachandClaude Opus 5.5 fc7d238d06 feat(budget): count the skill listing budget with make budget
scripts/budget.py holds the listing limits (1500 words in total, 40 per skill) and the one way to count a description, prints the total and the longest descriptions, reads the staged versions with --index, and exits 1 over budget. make budget [INDEX=1] runs it; test_lock.py takes its limits and counting from the script instead of its own copy. It replaces the one-liner that was run by hand a dozen times on 2026-11-03.

Kevin Veen-BirkenbachandClaude Opus 5.5 d9ea175a17 test(lock): raise the skill listing budget to 1500 words
🧪 Test / 🧪 Lock + lint (push) Canceled after 0s
Details
Every new skill had to trim the trigger phrases of others to stay under 1300 words; the operator raised the total to 1500. The per-skill limit of 40 words stays.

Kevin Veen-Birkenbach 16c8b7f4af feat: reproducible agent skill collection with install/update tooling
- skills-lock.json pins every skill (extracted from infinito-nexus-core)
- make install (global to $HOME) and make project TARGET=<repo> copy the
  rendered skills into .agents/skills + .claude/skills
- make update refreshes the lock via npx skills; make test validates the
lock shape and shellchecks the scripts
- CI: test workflow on push/PR, daily update workflow opening a PR
- MIRRORS for code.infinito.nexus and git.veen.world
