Every skill that posted to news.py now uses radio.py post, every SendMessage to a peer who must act becomes radio.py send direct --wake (which prints the SendMessage fallback for sessions without a listener), and every request for the chair's grant becomes queue.py hold. kvb-check-gate wraps gate.py run in queue.py hold; the operator sweep is one broadcast without a wake. Message to a peer owning unregistered candidates
Cleanup by <own session name>. These unregistered items look like yours:

Reply with those you still need and jobs running on them with their end, or
"none"; unanswered items stay. Delete your own finished worktrees and volumes
(branch merged or pushed, clean, stack unneeded) and post them via radio.py;
list other unused ones with their size as deletion candidates.
